1. Acceptance

By using this website, creating an account, accessing the portal, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and any applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.

2. Services and scope

Trendone Media provides services that may include strategy, brand and graphic design, web development, SEO, social media, advertising, content, video, automation, reporting, and business support. The agreed scope, deliverables, schedule, revisions, and fees are defined in writing for each project.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, lawful content, required access, and feedback needed to perform the work. Delays in materials or approvals may affect delivery dates and campaign results.

4. Fees, invoices, and payment

Fees and payment schedules are stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, work may require an advance payment. Invoices should be paid by the due date. Late or unpaid balances may result in paused services, delayed delivery, or restricted account access.

5. Changes and revisions

Included revisions apply only to the agreed scope. New features, substantial direction changes, extra formats, additional pages, or work requested after approval may be quoted separately. We will communicate material changes before proceeding.

6. Intellectual property

Clients keep ownership of content and materials they lawfully provide. Unless agreed otherwise, final approved deliverables transfer to the client after full payment. Working files, concepts not selected, internal methods, reusable code, licensed assets, and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable ownership or licence terms.

7. Portfolio use

Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, we may display completed public-facing work in our portfolio, case studies, proposals, and professional channels. Sensitive account, financial, or private project information will not be published for this purpose.

8. Third-party platforms

Websites and campaigns may rely on hosting companies, domains, social networks, advertising platforms, email providers, payment services, plugins, APIs, or other third parties. Their availability, policies, pricing, and decisions are outside our direct control.

9. Website and portal accounts

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, using accurate account information, and promptly reporting unauthorised access. You must not attempt to bypass security, access another user's information, upload malicious files, disrupt the service, or use the system unlawfully.

10. Results and warranties

We aim to provide professional work and reasonable care, but business, search, advertising, sales, and audience outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee rankings, platform approval, uninterrupted service, or a specific financial result unless expressly stated in writing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trendone Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, platform changes, third-party outages, or loss caused by inaccurate client information, delayed approvals, misuse, or events outside reasonable control.

12. Suspension and termination

Either party may end ongoing services according to the relevant agreement. We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, unlawful activity, or material breach. Fees for completed work and committed third-party costs remain payable.

13. Governing terms

These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, subject to any mandatory legal rights. The parties should first try to resolve concerns through good-faith communication.
